I've been to a AAA baseball game in Greenville, S.C. It's been huge there for a long time, and they have a new stadium that reminds me of the one at Rice.

Is this really a blog? I don't even know if this is really a debatable list. but hell, I'll give it a try! Isn't Lexington, KY bigger than Louisville?

It's not really debatable - I used the U.S. Census definitions of metropolitan areas, rather than municipalities. I just thought it was an interesting list. Some places one wouldn't expect, and such.

this list is inaccurate. greenville, greensborough, and grand rapids are way down the list of metro populations. there are a lot of areas ahead of them. check the census of the rankings of metro areas.
